The Pantera team packed its bags and headed out west for Constructech Magazine’s Technology Day 2013 in Santa Clara on Friday.
With many of the chief players in Construction Technology Industry in attendance, Pantera was proud to unveil Pantera Project Insight; a revolutionary cloud-based project management software solution for construction. Equipped with a new booth set-up, a running demonstration of the software, and an iPad to demonstrate its powerful mobile functionality, Pantera Project Insight’s premier was a resounding success. Attendees included Pantera’s Founder and CEO DeWayne Adamson, Pantera’s Lead Software Architect David Lahti, Pantera’s Chief Project Management Professional Consultant Angie Smith, Project Insight Business Development Specialist Calvin Hsu, and Pantera’s newest Addition, Head of Business Development Jiani Lai.
With extensive expertise in international business development, Jiani Lai is a tremendous asset for the Pantera team. Jiani has many years of experience as the Director of Sales and Business Development for both American and Chinese companies, developing a keen proficiency in brokering multi-cultural business relationships. Her unique skill set includes fluency in Mandarin Chinese, Shanghainess, and English with an in depth knowledge of Business Relationship Development, Cross-Cultural Communication, Business Negotiation, Project Management and setting up offices in China for U.S. companies.
With Pantera Global Technology, Jiani will lead business development efforts both in America and around the world and will play an integral role in sales of Pantera Project Insight, the most intelligent project management solution in construction. Working out of our Scottsdale location, Jiani will also assist in Project Management, International Marketing, and Business Negotiation. Jiani’s passion for international business development and vision for the future of construction project management software will be instrumental as Pantera Global Technology continues its dynamic growth.
