With the QuickBooks & Pantera Tools integration, your accounting teams can have full confidence in project progress to make the best decisions, while still maintaining full control over the finances.

WHAT DATA GETS PUSHED INTO QUICKBOOKS FROM PANTERA?

Within each of your Pantera Tools linked Projects, Pantera will also push data from Commitments (+ Change Orders), Contracts (+ Change Orders), Payable Invoices (Bills in Quickbooks), Receivable Invoices (Invoices in Quickbooks), Direct Costs, and Contacts. Similarly, the Cost Codes (known as Products in Quickbooks) are also linked between the two software platforms.

WHAT DATA GETS PUSHED INTO PANTERA FROM QUICKBOOKS?

In addition to linked Project details and Contacts (known as Customers/Vendors in Quickbooks), Expenses will also be published from Quickbooks into the Pantera Tools software system to connect Cost Codes.
